Contact usIn Brussels, any parking lot with more than 3 spaces must be equipped with a collective infrastructure (smart meter, load balancing), as mandated by Sibelga. In Walloon Brabant, the regulations through the PEB standards require, since 2021, that for every 10 spaces or more, a charging point must be installed for one out of five spaces with conduits or connection infrastructure during new constructions or major renovations (>25%). Since January 2025, this obligation applies to all existing non-residential buildings or those intended for collective housing with more than 20 spaces.
